With cable TV, a 42" flat screen TV in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms, Playstation 2 and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, the kids are sure to be entertained. However, if this is not enough, you can always have fun in the large private pool with spa and relax poolside on the loungers or in the shaded patio area, which has a table and chairs and a fully equipped gas barbecue for dining al fresco. There's more fun to be had indoors in the games room which is equipped with a full sized table tennis table, dartboard and air hockey. Always popular, book early to avoid disappointment.

Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to master bedroom with tub bath, double shower, WC and twin sinks.
Poolside bathroom, adjacent to bedroom 2 with shower, sink and WC.
Family bathroom 3 separates bedrooms 2 & 3 has a bath/shower, WC and sink.
Kitchen: Large cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and waste disposal. Fully equipped for formal or informal dining with all crockery and utensils provided. There is also a breakfast table and a breakfast bar.
Utility Room: Large american style washing machine and separate tumble drier, ironing board, iron and washing basket.
Living Rooms: Music lounge with leather sofa and chair and CD player adjacent to the formal dining area which can accommodate up to 6 people,
Living area with large L-shaped sofa, 42" plasma TV and DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

Outside
The villa is in a perfect position as it gets the sun all day. Large spa pool equipped with sun loungers and shaded poolside area with patio furniture. Private corner plot and not overlooked by neighbouring pools. The house is fully equipped with alarms fitted to all pool access doors which sound when the doors to the pool area are open, ideal for keeping an eye on young children.

Coast/Beach
Approximately one hour's drive from the beach, with Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral to the east and Clearwater to the west. All beach areas have plenty to offer with many bars and restaurants to choose from when you're not hitting the surf. So much to do, you could spend the whole day there.

Golf
There are a wide variety of golf courses, the closest being Highlands Reserve which is right next to Westridge on Highway 27. Also nearby is Champions Gate and Southern Gate.

Travel
Hiring a car is highly recommended. Orlando International Airport is 30 mins drive away and Sanford Airport is 45 minutes to 1 hour away.

Shopping centre only 2 mins drive away which has a Publix supermarket, Pizzeria, Indian and Chinese takeaways, Applebees Bar and Restaurant, hairdresser and bank. WalMart is only 5-10 mins away.

All the major restaurants such as Outback, Houlihans, Cracker Barrel, Chilis etc are only 10-20 mins away on Highway 192.

"Dear Doug, just back from your house in Orlando and felt I had to get in touch to let you know how much we enjoyed it. The house was beautifully furnished and immaculate throughout, so much so that it put our own house to shame! You really have thought of everything - all we needed to take was our clothes and the grandchildren everything else was catered for.
